Dr. Coe and Robyn did an amazing job on my root canal retreatment! I have had no pain since my procedure and am feeling better already! Dr. Coe kept me in the know of what he was doing next and from the moment I called to make an appointment, I knew my experience would be a positive one!

I had an amazing experience from the moment I called and made an appointment with the practice manager, Mecca Baptiste. She was so helpful. Dr. Carpenter was very kind during my visit. She really listens to her patients and makes them feel seen. That is very rare. I had a root canal retreatment, and she did an excellent job. I usually have to have several shots during dental work. She was quick, efficient, and caring. Her assistant Tracell patted my shoulder during the drilling. It took my mind off the drilling, and I was able to relax. I have never had a dental assistant do that, and I wish they all were so kind. I will recommend everyone to call Queen City Endodontics in South Charlotte and ask for Dr. Carpenter! I highly recommend her and her team!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of Queen City Endodontics (South Charlotte Office), and especially to Dr. HAROLD I COE. All the staff members are true professionals in their field. Dr. HAROLD I COE is a very attentive and highly qualified doctor who explained the issue in great detail and offered the most optimal solution (a minimally invasive approach that allowed not only the tooth but even the crown to be preserved). The procedure was scheduled at the earliest possible time and was performed very precisely, confidently, painlessly, and quickly. The staff was very caring and attentive, even calling the next day to check on my condition. I was also very pleased that written postoperative care instructions are provided. Everything is explained clearly and in detail, so after reading them there are no questions or fears about doing something incorrectly. The only slightly unusual aspect was the payment process: first, payments can only be made by debit card or cash (there is a 3% fee for credit card payments). Second, payment is required before the procedure, and later an adjustment is made based on insurance information. However, these are minor

From my first call to them to the person at the front desk they are professional and kind. Dr. Carpenter and her assistant Kit were so kind to answer all my questions and I have a lot of them! We talked through the plan and she got to work right away and was quick and efficient. I had two root canals done at the same time. Clear post root canal instructions given on a card and they make sure you are comfortable the whole time. Will be going back if I ever need to! I was nervous just like with any dental work and they helped me feel comfortable.

I had a root canal done this week. Going into it I was extremely on edge and nervous. Had been in a lot of pain. From the moment I first called to make the appointment to the day of treatment I was impressed with the professionalism and friendly environment. Dr. Carpenter was so nice and made me feel at ease. She really took time to let me know what was going on and what we would be doing. Her assistant was also so very sweet. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Carpenter is knowledgeable and you are in good hands with her. Thank you Queen City!
